“the art of the grill”
Pas de bêtises!
a plase where fire, wine and time come together.
Felix was created as an extension of the work begun at Margo. Following its success, the intention was not to repeat the same idea, but to build something with a different rhythm.
Here, the focus shifts toward fire-driven cooking and a more structured dining experience. The kitchen works with greater intensity, supported by an extensive wine cellar and a considered liquor program designed to move with the table.
The approach remains measured. Each decision serves the evening — from how the food is cooked, to how wine is poured, to how the night unfolds.
Enchanté!
Wilfrid Hocquet
is the chef-owner of Felix and the creative force behind the kitchen.
After the success of Margo, Felix marks a natural next chapter. A restaurant shaped by experience — where American grill traditions meet French technique, and where fire becomes the central language of the kitchen.
The cooking is confident and direct, guided by precision rather than excess. The goal is not reinvention, but refinement — food built on clarity, balance, and repetition done well.
Felix reflects a continued commitment to craft, hospitality, and a style of cooking meant to be returned to often.
